Verify your email
Your email address must be verified before you can log in to the Driver app.

Complete KYC & ID verification
Log in and complete Know Your Customer and government ID verification. Choose Paid · instant or Free · 2–3 weeks.
Have a government-issued ID that shows your physical address ready before you start, to avoid a rejection. Every KROOZ account holder — drivers and customers — is verified for everyone's safety.

Upload your vehicle photos and documents
Upload original photos showing the license plate (front or back), the driver side and the passenger side, plus your vehicle registration and active insurance card.
The vehicle must be currently registered. Your name doesn't have to be on the registration as long as it's on the insurance. Profiles that don't meet this are rejected.

Link your bank account
Enter your details accurately, including your physical address, and link your bank account so daily earnings are paid by ACH. You can change it anytime by choosing Re-Initiate in the app.

Add your bank card
When a customer pays you in cash, the KROOZ platform fee for that trip is charged to the card on your driver account. Add it under Manage Cards — without it, you can't accept requests.
Go online and start earning.
Flip the switch
After admin approves your account, log in and make sure your Online icon is green to receive ride and delivery requests.
Hear the call
When a request comes in within 5 miles of you, your phone plays the KROOZ call alert. Here's what it sounds like:
Accept or pass
Each request shows the customer's photo, pickup, destination and estimated fare. You have 60 seconds to accept or reject it.
Be professional and greet every customer with a smile — friendly drivers earn better tips, better reviews, and get tagged as favorites. Before riders step out, ask if they've forgotten anything, so nobody has to come back for a lost item.
Who can drive with KROOZ.
Driver requirements
- 18 or older
- At least 1 year of driving experience
- Active government-issued driver's license
- Active car insurance — required in the US, Canada, UK and EU; may be waived in other regions
- Every field completed in the Driver app sign-up
- KYC and ID verification completed
- A recent photo of yourself showing your face
- Four vehicle photos: front, back, driver side and passenger side, with the license plate clearly visible
You're not eligible if…
- Any arrest for DUI or drug-related offenses
- Any arrest for driving without a valid license
- A history of reckless driving or fatal accidents
- Your MVR shows more than 2 at-fault accidents in the past 3 years, or more than 1 in the past 12 months
- Your MVR shows 3 or more violations in the past 3 years, or more than 2 in the past 12 months
- Your MVR shows a major violation within the past year
- Your license is suspended, expired or revoked
- Any sex-offender history or record
Vehicle requirements
- Clean, washed and well kept
- Valid license plate and working seatbelts
- No aftermarket markings or advertising
- No large dents or visible scratches
- Passes vehicle inspection requirements
- Currently registered — your name can be on the insurance instead of the registration

Customers with more riders than the limit can order an additional vehicle. As a TNC driver you're paid per trip, not per rider.
The KROOZ Windshield LED Light
While you're online, display the KROOZ Car Windshield LED Light so customers can spot your vehicle at pickup. Buy it from our website, on Amazon, or wherever it's sold.
Share the personal referral code in your Driver app by text, email or social media. When a driver you refer completes 150 trips within the qualifying period, you earn a referral payout.
No drugs, weapons or open alcohol.
No drugs, marijuana/cannabis, weapons or open alcohol are allowed in any KROOZ vehicle. If you see or smell any of them, you're welcome to end the trip. Drivers may not smoke or drink while driving for KROOZ — confirmed reports lead to deactivation. Read our policy.

As inflation and living costs rise, we adjust our fees to match your pay expectations. Tell us the base fare, cost per mile and cost per minute you think we should charge in your area or country, and we'll review and update the system.
